Immune Boost Tea

Directions:

Suggested Use: Put 2 grams (1 heaped tsp) of dry herb tea into 8 oz of boiled pure water (fresh & filtered). Steep 5-7 min (use infuser or strainer), allow to cool & drink. Add honey or sweetener of choice to taste. If stronger tea is desired, additional dry herbs may be added. Repeat directions as desired.
If stronger tea is desired an additional 2 tablespoons of dry herbs may be added to 32 oz. of pure water, heat and serve. Repeat above directions as desired.
