All orders can now be placed online in the regular SpeedyVite.com Storefront in case packs of 6 (select Case Pack in the Size variation drop down - see example below), with payments by card, at time of order.
A Unique Retailer Code (URC) is required in order to receive wholesale pricing. If you do not have a URC, please apply below. If you have received a URC, please ensure you use it at checkout! Over 25 units get free shipping, for smaller orders under 25 units, select UPS/USPS (calculated at checkout), or be billed separately. 1. Retailer Terms and Conditions:
By applying, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Application: your application is true to the best of your knowledge;
- Sales channels: you will to distribute products through the applicants legitimate legal business enterprise, on the agreed and approved sales channels (typically your website, clinic, practice or store(s)), and not on Amazon, (unless further permission is granted);
- Proprietary Information: you also agree not to use, copy or distribute any proprietary information, intellectual property, formula,
trademarks etc of Speedy Vite LLC other than as an approved SpeedyVite retailer at the said location/ sales
channels;
- Health Claims: you will not make health claims about our products that violate FDA guidelines
- Brand guidelines for MSRP/ MAP: you will not violate the minimum advertized price policy by more than 1% of MSRP (SpeedyVite.com prices) for more than 3 consecutive days of a month, without prior approval from Speedy Vite LLC
- Terms: terms and conditions subject to revision/ change;
- Termination: whilst we look forward to a long and happy, mutually beneficial professional relationship with our retailers, we do reserve the right to withdraw approved retailer status at our discretion.
