What's the difference between the Colon Detox & the Colon Cleaner?

Effects
- Detox: Drawing - Has a strong absorbing, vacuum effect which can have a binding effect if not controlled with a (flushing) Cleaner and plenty of water; draws out toxins from deep within the walls, does not flush.
- Cleanse: Flushing - Has a strong flushing effect - cleanses/ removes/ flushes out toxins.

Ongoing/Intermittent?
- Detox: Intermittent - Many people use it from time to time when needed.
- Cleanse: Ongoing or intermittent - Many people use it on an ongoing basis.

Alone/Together?
- Detox: Together - Must be taken in conjunction with the Cleaner and plenty of water to prevent binding.
- Cleanse: Alone / Together - Can be taken as a stand alone, or in conjunction with the detox.

Purpose
- Detox: Vacuum - helps draw out toxins from deep within the bowel walls.
- Cleanse: Elimination - helps eliminate toxins from the colon.

Indications
- Detox: Colon issues (needing an intermittent deep full detox) - Running stomach, tiredness, weight gain, etc.
- Cleanse: Colon issues (needing an ongoing or intermittent cleanse) - Constipation, tiredness, weight gain etc. Very useful for people who suffer from various levels of constipation etc.

Result
- Detox: Detoxifies Colon without binding - if taken with plenty of water & enough of the Cleaner you can detox without binding, resulting in increased energy and improved digestion. As with any detox, toxin removal may come with slight discomfort.
- Cleanse: Cleanses, with increased bowel movement - Going to the bathroom more often, keeping toxins flushed out of your system. As with any cleanse, toxin removal may come with slight discomfort.

Dosage*
- Detox: Varies* - 6 capsules* of SpeedyVite Colon Detox 4 times daily along with 12 to 16 oz of pure water for 5 or 6 consecutive days - taken in conjunction with the Cleaner (dosage varies), first stabilize to at least one bowel movement a day using the Cleaner, before proceeding to the Detox.
- Cleanse: Varies* - start with one/ day, increase daily until desired bowel movement effect is achieved; increase dosage of Cleanse even more if taken in conjunction with Detox, to maintain adequate bowel movement throughout the Detox.
