     (plus handling - same business day if before 1pm); 
    Note: For orders over $30, we use Priority Mail, UPS Ground or better for the contiguous United States (unless a discounted upgrade is selected at checkout).
  • Free Standard Shipping [orders under $30]*
    - Averages 2-8 business days 
    (plus handling - same business day if before 1pm);
    Note: For orders under $30, we use USPS Ground Advantage or better for the contiguous United States (unless a discounted upgrade is selected at checkout).
    
  • Discounted upgraded shipping options also available at checkout.
• HANDLING TIME: Usually same day. (Excluding international which may take longer)
• ORDER CUT OFF: Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST may be shipped the following business day.
• P.O. BOXES: SpeedyVite cannot guarantee expedited shipping to P.O. boxes. 
• *Free US Shipping unless otherwise indicated, for example excludes selected small add-on's, clearly marked as such ("Add-on item"), which could still qualify for free shipping but only when added on to a free shipping item or order; also excludes small wholesale orders (under 5 cases).

DELIVERY ISSUES?: Though this is rare, if your Tracking shows your order was Delivered, but you haven’t received it, please follow our recommended steps>

International

• Non-US orders shipping costs & shipping times vary by country;
• Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Items returned to sender will be refunded exclusive of shipping.
• Note Regarding **UPS International** - kindly be advised you would be responsible if UPS charges brokerage fees, as well as any customs fees your country may charge

Free Standard Shipping on Wholesale Orders 5+ cases 

• Most wholesale orders ship the next business day, but our general commitment is 7 to 10 business days from order date.
• If case quantities aren’t currently available or a fresh batch is being made, it may take longer. If we expect it to exceed 7 to 10 business days, we will email you with an ETA and the option to stay on backorder or cancel for a full refund.
