    Ongoing/Intermittent?
    - Detox: Intermittent - Many people use it from time to time when needed.
    - Cleanse: Ongoing or intermittent - Many people use it on an ongoing basis.

    Alone/Together?
    - Detox: Together - Must be taken in conjunction with the Cleaner and plenty of water to prevent binding.

I like that this contain natural and organic ingredients. The capsules are vegetarian friendly. It’s easy to take. One capsule is the recommended serving size and it should be taken with food for best results.It definitely works. It’s a must that you take it with food. I have taken it without food a couple of time before and it didn’t work at all. When I took it with food, on the next day it’s like clockwork around 11 am. It doesn’t cause any cramping or sudden urges. It’s just a good natural feel to go.

Works a little too well for me.

This worked a little too well on me. I felt like I had a bug or virus, but then chalked it up to this supplement.So if you need a clean-out, start taking this. It works. A little too good, in my opinion.
