Suggested Use (from label)

Begin with 1 capsule during or following the evening meal. The following morning there should be an increase in bowel function. If no noticeable change occurs, increase dosage by one capsule each day only until improved bowel function is achieved.

Discontinue use if abdominal cramps or diarrhea are present. Not recommended if pregnant, or nursing.

    - Detox: Drawing - Has a strong absorbing, vacuum effect which can have a binding effect if not controlled with a (flushing) Cleaner and plenty of water; draws out toxins from deep within the walls, does not flush.
    - Cleanse: Flushing - Has a strong flushing effect - cleanses/ removes/ flushes out toxins.

    Ongoing/Intermittent?
    - Detox: Intermittent - Many people use it from time to time when needed.
    - Cleanse: Ongoing or intermittent - Many people use it on an ongoing basis.

    Alone/Together?
    - Detox: Together - Must be taken in conjunction with the Cleaner and plenty of water to prevent binding.
    - Cleanse: Alone / Together - Can be taken as a stand alone, or in conjunction with the detox.

    Purpose
    - Detox: Vacuum - helps draw out toxins from deep within the bowel walls.
    - Cleanse: Elimination - helps eliminate toxins from the colon.
