Tea, drops, or capsules — which should I choose?*
All three use the same family of organic and wildcrafted herbs and are equally effective.* The tea has a different formula (USDA Organic, including echinacea, chamomile, yarrow, and red clover), while the drops and capsules share the same formula (burdock, Oregon grape, yellow dock, chaparral, garlic, and cayenne). Choose based on how you like to take your herbs: tea for ritual and daily sipping, drops for speed and travel, capsules for simplicity. They can also be taken alongside each other.*

How do I use the Blood LifeBoost® Tea?*
For a focused cleanse: brew approximately 3 cups daily for two weeks, then take one week off. You can then resume or rotate to another system (kidney or liver).* For general daily support, smaller amounts can be taken on an ongoing basis.* Scoop 2 tablespoons of loose leaf into 32 oz of boiling water. Steep 10–15 minutes for stronger tea.

How do I use the Blood Cleanser Drops or Capsules?*
Drops: 32 drops (approximately 2 droppersful), 2 times daily. Mix in water or juice. Capsules: 3 capsules with water or juice, 3 times daily. Drink 64–128 oz of water daily while using either formula. Hydration matters — these herbs work best when your elimination pathways are well supported.*
