Habanero Pepper (same Capsicum family of chili peppers including jalapenos, poblanos and bell peppers) is known for clearing mucus membranes, detoxifying, stimulating blood flow, stimulating every organ quickly and decreases the risk of certain diseases. Capsaicin inhibits the production of Substance P, a compound that is responsible for the swelling and pain associated with inflammation. Researchers have concluded that regularly eating chili peppers may decrease Type 2 diabetes risk. Capsaicin can inhibit the growth of prostate cancer cells, and may protect cells from becoming cancerous. In addition, habaneros contain significant amounts of:

  • Vitamin C and A, both of which act as antioxidants, compounds that may decrease the risk of cancer.

Ginger is known for being a pain reducer. Commonly used to relieve vomiting and nausea. A diaphoretic, warms the body from within. Phenolic compounds in ginger (Zingiberaceae family) aid digestion. Contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds (eg. beta-carotene, caffeic acid, capsaicin, curcumin, gingerols and salicylate). Also contains many vitamins and minerals eg.:

  • Vitamin B6,
  • Vitamin C,
  • Calcium,

White Onion like garlic, are members of the Allium family, and both are rich in the four major sulfur-containing compounds (diallyl monosulfide, diallyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide, and diallyl tetrasulfide). There is evidence its sulfur compounds may work in an anti-clotting capacity. There is also evidence showing that sulfur compounds in onion can lower blood levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, and also improve cell membrane function in red blood cells. Onion's antioxidants also provide us with anti-inflammatory benefits. These anti-oxidants help prevent the oxidation of fatty acids in our body, repeatedly shown to lower risk of several cancers, even consumed in small amounts. Along with its sulfur-containing compounds, the flavonoid quercetin contained in onion helps provide these antibacterial benefits. Also helps digestion.

  • Contains Vitamins A,
  • B6,

  • minerals such as sodium,
  • potassium,
  • iron
