We’re not perfect, and when we drop the ball we’ll apologize and make it right—but please know it’s never intentional. Every reply is personal, never canned and never farmed out to third parties. And when the sale is complete, we’re not done—you can expect the exact same personalized support after your purchase as you would before your purchase.

If you don’t hear back right away, it just means we’re literally not at the desk—but we will get back to you. (And if you don’t see our reply, check your junk folder—we always respond.) Please don’t assume the worst—we’re not what you’ve experienced before.
