Return rules summary

Unopened items (change of mind)
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, email info@speedyvite.com or log in to your SpeedyVite account. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, or you may ship the item back directly to: SpeedyVite Returns, PO Box 268, Plantersville TX 77363.

Product issues
If there is an issue with the item itself, contact us within 30 days and we’ll evaluate the issue. We may require the item to be returned for inspection. If a product issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Please note: as our products contain natural herbal ingredients, individual responses may vary. Sensitivity or intolerance to a particular ingredient is not considered a product issue.

Damages
Please inspect your order on arrival. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, contact us immediately with photographic documentation. We’ll evaluate the issue and may require the item to be returned for inspection. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@speedyvite.com.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then your bank — processing delays are common. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@speedyvite.com.

Partial refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, at our discretion.

Sale items
Sale items are refunded at the price paid, not the original retail price.

Exchanges
We replace items only where a product issue is confirmed. To arrange an exchange for the same item, email info@speedyvite.com. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the item. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to them. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

International returns
Items returned to sender will be refunded excluding original shipping costs.
