HEALTH & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
SpeedyVite offers dietary supplements, herbal products, foods, beverages, and other wellness products. Statements relating to dietary supplements have not necessarily been evaluated or approved by the FDA. Where applicable, we state in accordance with DSHEA, the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."
Product information is provided for general wellness and informational purposes and is not intended to substitute for a doctor's professional opinion. SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Returns Policy.
Partner Warehouse Items
Certain select products may be stocked and fulfilled directly from one of our Partner Warehouses rather than from SpeedyVite's primary fulfillment location.
Partner Warehouse items may ship separately from other products in the same order, allowing available items to move through fulfillment without waiting for products stocked at another location.
Shipping rates, shipping methods, transit times, return eligibility, return windows, return addresses and other return options may differ for Partner Warehouse items.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Customers should contact SpeedyVite before returning a Partner Warehouse item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy provide additional details and are incorporated into these Terms.
SpeedyVite remains your point of contact for orders placed through speedyvite.com, including orders containing Partner Warehouse items. Where necessary, we may coordinate with the applicable supplier or fulfillment partner regarding shipping, damages, returns, replacements, refunds, inventory or other order-related matters.
Wholesale Orders
For purposes of these Terms, a “wholesale order” means any order placed at wholesale pricing and/or case quantities.
While many wholesale orders ship the next business day, our standard fulfillment commitment is 7 to 10 business days and may be longer if case quantities are unavailable or a fresh batch is in production.
If we expect your order to take longer than 10 business days, we will email you with an estimated ship date and the option to remain on backorder or cancel for a full refund. If we do not hear back within 2 business days, your order will remain on backorder until it ships or you request cancellation.
Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as intended.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. We may also limit quantities offered.
Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. Offers are void where prohibited.
Except as otherwise expressly stated or required by law, we do not warrant that every product, service, information item or other material purchased or obtained through the Service will meet every individual expectation.

Where appropriate, we may coordinate with the applicable supplier or Partner Warehouse on your behalf.
