Delivery Issues

If the Tracking shows your order was Delivered, but you haven’t received it:

Follow our recommended steps to Find a Package That Shows as Delivered.

1 - Confirm shipping address in Your Orders

2 - Look for a notice of delivery attempt

  • Check your email.
  • Look for a delivery confirmation in My Account/ orders.
  • Check your mailbox, or wherever else you receive mail (front porch etc).

3 - Check around the delivery location

  • Check your delivery instructions in your Addresses. The package could have been left where you requested.
  • Check the tracking link for precise location on carrier website (eg. USPS.com, UPS.com etc) where they say it was delivered.

4 - Ask your household members and neighbors

  • Check if someone else accepted the delivery.

5 - Wait 48 hours for the package to be delivered

  • Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.

6 - You can check with the carrier

  • The carrier may have more information about the location of the package. To track your package on the carrier website or contact them, go to see Carrier Contact Information below.

What to do next?

If you have not located the package after following the steps above:

  • Local Carrier & Local Law enforcement — In most cases most issues are easily solved by communicating directly with the local carrier (eg. your local Post Office or UPS delivery person), to see what they can do to solve the problem (see below for Carrier Information). Generally the postal carriers now have GPS data on where the packages are delivered scanned. If they do confirm your package was delivered to your residence, you must alert your police department, as there has been a theft. They will take it from there.
  • Covered until delivery — Packages are covered from transit until delivery. Once the item is delivered to your residence and scanned “Delivered” in the tracking, the package is the responsibility of the customer. Sadly, porch theft is a prevalent problem and, in terms of claims, if an item is stollen after delivery, there is not much the shipper, nor the customer can do to claim from the carrier nor insurance.
