SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select.
Billing
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions may automatically renew and continue according to the schedule you selected until you cancel them.
Changing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes or cancellations apply to future orders that have not already been processed or fulfilled.
You can manage your subscription through the links provided in your order or subscription emails or through your SpeedyVite account.
You can also simply email us at info@speedyvite.com and we'll be happy to make changes or cancel your subscription for you.

PRE-ORDERS
Some products may occasionally be offered for pre-order when they are temporarily out of stock, being manufactured, or expected to become available at a future date.
Payment
Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the product for shipment when it becomes available.
Estimated Availability
Estimated availability or shipping timeframes may be provided on the product page or during checkout. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supply, transportation, or other circumstances outside our control.
Cancelling a Pre-order
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return or refund subject to our Returns Policy.
Delays
If there is a significant delay with a pre-order, we may contact you with an updated estimated shipping timeframe and any available options.
