You could, but we suggest taking them one at a time- so you can focus on one system at a time.

Does this tea have sugar or carbs in it?
Thanks for your question. None of our teas have included sugars or carbohydrates. This tea is not naturally sweet but if you want a sugar free sweetener, Stevia works well in all of our teas.

Will this tea break a water fast?
I would imagine it would be totally compatible with a water fast, as many of our customers use this along with juice cleanses. It is sugar and carbohydrate free and made with consciously cultivated organic and wildcrafted herbs.

How do i prepare the tea?
Hey there :) For best results, follow the instructions on the packaging - it involves presoaking the herbs and boiling them for 15 minutes. Otherwise you can prepare as a normal cup of looseleaf tea, it should still be very effective.

How long does this typically last to use for IC? Tossed bet taking corn silk tea and marshmallow tea vs this with so many ingredients.

Our teas aer manufactured for short interval use, and we cannot offer medical advice- that belongs in your primary care doctor's department.
That said, drinking 1 cup a day of this would run you around $20 a month if you on subscribe and save, and I'm sure that your body would reap many benefits from herbal support beyond 1-2 ingredients. Although those 2 ingredients are great, we generally recommend quality blends of herbs to focus on a whole system of help, detox and support.

So I have to let this soak for hours before heating? Can I really not just steep like regular tea?
Sorry for the delayed response! It depends how much time you have. Generally for herbal teas if there are any larger ingredients, if you want to absolutely get everything out of it, then soak if for a bit before heating. It just softens it up. But it's not absolutely necessary (especially if you're in a hurry), boiling and simmering will get a ton of good stuff out of it. It can also be reused/ added to the next batch! How many glasses should be drunk each day for optimal benefits & for how long?
As a instensive detox: 1 serving size (approx 3 cups prepared) a day, for 5-14 days, followed by a 1 week break; resume if necessary. For general health and enjoyment, drink as desired.

What is the suggested use?
2 tablespoons of dry herb in 32 oz. of pure water. Soak herbs in water for 2 to 4 hours, bring to slow boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain, allow tea to cool and drink. If stronger tea is desired an additional 2 tablespoons of dry herbs may be added to 32 oz. of pure water, heat and serve. Repeat above directions as desired.

Once I followed the instructions, do I leave the tea out in a container on counter not in fridge , I made for 2 days, instead of doing it that one day I had to remake another batch, so what is the protocol on this? ,,Do I make a batch for the week and leave on counter ? also do you drink on empty stomach and have food later etc..??Do you take other supplements on same day while doing this detox or flush? Do you drink it warm with maunaka honey or at room temperature ?

Regarding Preparing more than one day's worth:
-> Preparing 2 days worth is totally fine. Remember too, letting the herbs sit in the water (maybe even overnight) is a great way to get the most out of them.
Regarding Storage of prepared tea, and what Temperature to drink it at:
-> Once you're done soaking/ boiling, keeping them in the fridge is fine. When you're ready to drink them, heat to boiling point, then let them simmer for a minute or so, and drink at a hot (/comfortable) temperature. Putting the rest back in the fridge is fine. It's also a great idea to keep the left over strained herbs, and add them to the next batch (for up to 3 days). Manuka is a great addition!
Regarding having Food & supplements whilst doing a Kidney Detox:
-> This is fine, it's not necessary to drink the tea on an empty stomach. Supplements should be fine too.
