I love this tea and it even tastes really good. I leave the bag in the cup and even add more hot water too it. The longer you leave it the better it tastes and works, it gets nice and dark. You can actually feel the slickness of the herbs if you cut the bag open after use, they feel slippery. Very soothing on the gut and no grenade effect, it’s gentle and when I drink this in the evening, I’m not awakened by urgency during the night. In the morning I can have a clean easy experience. I had gut surgery a month ago and I was still suffering poor digestion and constipation no matter how much fiber I consumed, this has been a life saver! Really great product, I will definitely buy more. Highly recommend this, it’s excellent!

Tasted similar to my jasmine tea with a hint of ginger, but has a light color of a black tea. It has a comforting flavor, it's gentle on your stomach. The tastes are complex and complementary. Even better when I added a piece of fresh ginger. My morning routine are pretty regular, and this tea did not gives me more urgency than usual, just one healthy one after breakfast, done. It detoxifies your body and help with bloating.I do preferred loose leaf tea vs tea-bag, less waste and better for our environment! Their synthetic material bags looks fancy, but I would much preferred compostable paper bag for anything that contact with hot water. Some tea bags out there actually have plastic in their makeup and can potentially release nanoplastics. Which then go into your gut. Which… ugh. I ended up cutting each bag to brew the tea loosely. Better safe than sorry.

I choose the teabag version of this cleansing tea, but it is also offered in the non-bag, which you can use your own steeper (?) I am unsure if that is the correct term? But I don't ever use it, so please excuse me if I incorrectly addressed it.Okay, back to this tea, I have tried a very dif brand that was only available at a vitamin store & very inconvenient to obtain? So I stopped using, but this tea came in a nice quantity of 28 bags, a good portion & available to order here? Very helpful & accessible!I used two (2) bags as I like my tea strong, do not add anything to the cup, so it needs to have an agreeable taste? Which I am pleased to say indeed! The flavor was somehow "flowery"? If the understanding in my meaning there translates properly. There is a "flowery" taste that I cannot describe exactly, but it must be possibly the lemongrass it contains? Or perhaps the Dandelion, maybe? Anyway, all combine with a very palatable cup of effective tea, and without the addition of sweetener? It was not at all bitter to me, nor did I feel it needed anything other.The cleansing effect was not startling or approached alarmingly? It was just quietly efficient a few hours after & noticeable in a small voice if you follow my dialogue, that is, lol.All just fine, and I enjoyed the flavor much more than the other I referred to. My only wish would be if a caffeine venue would be made available?I subbed out tea in place of morning coffee, which I guess you switch out one productive element for another? But it would be very nice to have both, even though I know you don't always get what you want, true that! But even with a lack of a boost? It supplied another type & very pleased with all benefits.
