Suggested Use

Put 2 grams (1 heaped tsp) of dry herb tea into 8 oz of boiled pure water (fresh & filtered). Steep 5–7 minutes (use infuser or strainer), allow to cool, and drink. Add honey or sweetener of choice to taste. If stronger tea is desired, additional dry herbs may be added. Repeat directions as desired.

For a stronger batch, add an additional 2 tablespoons of dry herbs to 32 oz of pure water, heat and serve. Repeat above directions as desired.
