Easy Colon Cleanse Recipe
Colon cleansing is a popular alternative to traditional medical treatments for constipation. There are many ways about it, but one common approach is making juices that stimulate the bowels and help eliminate toxins from the body.
Drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon juice mixed in.
Lemon juice helps cleanse the digestive tract by stimulating the flow of bile and other fluids through the intestines. Warm water helps move food along the digestive system.
Wait 30 minutes.
After drinking the lemonade, wait at least 30 minutes before eating anything else. This will allow the lemonade to work its magic. If you feel hungry after waiting, drink some more lemonade.
Repeat this process twice daily.
Once you finish the first round of lemonade, wait another 30 minutes before having any food or drinks. Then repeat the process again. Continue doing this for at least a week- this method works even better while fasting or on a partial fast.
